Prosciutto di Parma is the epitome of Italian excellence in the prosciutto category. It undergoes careful salting and a slow aging process. During the 24-month maturation, its aroma and undeniable sweet flavor are brought to their maximum.

Prosciutto cotto is the cooked prosciutto. During the preparation, each individual leg is carefully selected, prepared, and then gently flavored with selected spices. The massaging allows it to absorb the flavors most uniformly. The meat is then placed in special molds, giving it its classic shape.

Prosciutto di Parma is recommended to be consumed in its raw form as an appetizer or on a charcuterie platter. For a crispy result, place it on a baking tray with parchment paper, cover it with another layer of parchment paper, and stabilize it with another tray. Bake in a convection oven at 140°C for 20 minutes.
