The company San Michele was founded in 1983 just outside Parma, specifically in San Michele Tiorre (Felino), in the heart of the Reggio Emilia valley. The tradition and experience gained over all these years led the company to fully incorporate all phases of pork processing, having two production units.

The first unit is located in Offanengo and is involved in bone removal, while the second is in Langhirano and specializes in the cutting of raw materials.

From Italy to the whole world

Finally, the company combines tradition with the innovation of the most modern packaging systems and is able to fully meet the demands of both the domestic and foreign markets, as its production units are approved for export to: Russia, Canada, Argentina, Mexico, Japan, China, Korea, Vietnam, Australia. In this way, it contributes to the transmission and promotion of the taste and uniqueness of Italian charcuterie
