Our culinary “tour”!
The long-standing exclusive collaboration of our company with the Italian Dalla Bona, Pinna & Carozzi and the excellent relations that have already developed, had as a natural consequence the visit of Elisabetta Dalla Bona, Mariella Pinna, Vera Carozzi in our country and the organization of a tasting event featuring the products of the three companies. The three owners of the companies are worthy successors of their families’ work, offering excellent quality products.
The event took place in the very beautiful space of the Ecali Club, at the end of March and our guests had the opportunity to try the excellent cheese products, included in creative recipes that highlighted the raw material.
The inspiration and creator of the tasting menu dishes was internationally renowned Chef, Augusto Valzelli, owner of a Michelin star, who accompanied us on this culinary journey, performing the recipes live of.
Invited, the friends of Global Foods, who have trusted it for many years for the quality products it proposes and the excellent and immediate service it provides.
On leaving, our guests received a gift bag containing Taleggio PDO from Carozzi, Pecorino Romano PDO from Pinna, GranVita from Dalla Bona and Augusto Valzelli’s recipe booklet, which you can find here!
We sincerely thank the three companies for the honor they did us, giving us a culinary “tour”, in Athens, Crete and Thessaloniki!
