The story of pizza is told through the fine Italian products, which Global Foods introduces in collaboration with the most famous Italian houses.

On the Gastronomy Lab stage, two very big names of the world Italian pizza scene from Naples took to the stage. Luciano Sorbillo is one of the most influential figures in Neapolitan gastronomy, being a descendant of the most important family in the history of pizza in Naples, while Vito Monaco stands out as one of the most talented pizzaiolo of the new generation currently in Europe, conquering the pizza championships every year.

The attendees had the opportunity to learn about the secrets of Neapolitan pizza and learn about its history.
