The dairy Artigiana was founded in 2001 by Francesco D’Ambruoso, in the Putignano area, just outside Bari.

Years of experience, a passion for delicious cheese, and ongoing research are the foundation of the company, ensuring the quality of the cheeses produced.

The products are made from fresh milk collected daily from local farms. Experienced cheesemakers process the fresh milk, always according to tradition, giving the cheese a simple yet authentic flavor!

Finally, Artigiana’s products have been awarded in quality and taste competitions, earning various accolades:
