Selektia Tartufi was established in Tuscany in 2008, with the truffles of San Miniato considered among the highest quality in the entire Italian territory. Simone Calugi followed in his father’s footsteps, creating a new entrepreneurial reality with the substantial knowledge of the product and the market as his legacy.

Selektia is closely connected to the environment. In recent years, the company has transformed its corporate building into an entirely green facility, aiming to eliminate harmful emissions in the region. For its products, Selektia exclusively uses local raw materials, enabling easy and direct traceability. The packaging is also environmentally friendly and recyclable.
