Tartufi Jimmy, founded in 1980 by Giovannino, known as “Jimmy,” initially specialized in selling fresh truffles in Italy. Over time, due to increased demand, the company established a laboratory for the production of preserved truffles. Today, the company focuses on research and development of high-quality preserved truffle products, maintaining the values of an ancient tradition.
